A spacious 2 floor furnished villa in marina for first-time lease.
First floor consists of a 2-part reception, inc. a dining area, a big modern kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 terraces, overlooking the villa's private garden, which is completely surrounded by a 'tree fence'.
Second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Appliance inc. TV, Satt, Fridge, Oven, Electric Heaters,etc. Decor is marine style/modern.
The villa dirctly overlooks the lake from the backside and walking distance it is;
5 min from the beach
10 min from the famous trendy 'La Plage'
10 min from the largest swimming pool in marina
10 min from the Ladies beach
It is located in Venicia area, on an island & is built sawsan style. Around the villa are at least 2 major supermarkets, and a few cafes. Rent is 1500le or $270 or 240Eur p/day. Rent for more than a week is 1200le/$200 p/day. Rent for more than a month is 1000le/$170 p/day. No commission, or hidden fees.
