Dearest Nefertiti,

Lesson # 1

Always and I mean ALWAYS have a logical and IMMEDIATE response to questions concerning your usage of "arabic terms of endearment" as you are expected to have never heard such words. Some good explanations include:

1. I saw it on a website
2. My friend at work told me this is what she says to her husband.
3. I heard it on tv
4. It's part of lyrics of one of my favorite arabian songs.

If anyone else cares to share in Lessons for Nefertiti am sure she will welcome them

Laura
(working on Lesson #2)

Dear Laura,
It 's great to find someone on the board that late.
the good side that she will find this first thing in the morning
the bad side is that we might loose her on the dinner.
Seriously I learned to take people the way they are , this sometimes get on my nervous but I learned to live with it .
so I think we better leave her the way she is because sometimes she posts really good stuf

Wow just finished watching The Negotiator and this cop was explaining how he can tell when a person is lying. Your cerebral cortex controls the thinking process and coordination of eye movements and when you are telling truth your eyes will move up to the left as this is normal activity in thinking process but when you are lying your eyes will move up to the right as your imagination needs to take control for the lie.

This brings me to:
Lesson #2

Keep your eyes covered.

Don't put me into trouble, Mr. :P

I was only joking about the first post. If she knows those words, then why make up explainations? I know she doesn't lie anyway.

It was said in a more complicated way, but yes, pretty much what Sabian said.

Well Freeman,
I thought it would be nice to pick Nefertiti up at train station and then do a little sightseeing and then go to a restuarant for dinner and then move on to another nice place for coffee/tea and maybe some sheesha. What you think? Any resturants you really like here in Alex.

A,
Who's Sabian?
Aren't you worried about forgetting whose left and whose right and which is which?
Is this why we don't webcam?
I tend to tilt my head to either the left or right when I'm listening, does this mean something?

Chris Sabian is Kevin Spacy's character in the movie "The Negotiator".

I don't webcam because I don't possess the proper tools to do it.. A high quality webcam, light tools and system, and back grounds to match my clothes and everything. Showing in public isn't an easy thing for celebrities, you know.

Alabanda,

Can a "celebrity" such as you tolerate a correction from a mere housewife?

Actually Sabien wasn't the one who said it, it was the cop who was interrogating the man he had tied up in the chair, who was in on the conspiracy.

We could take up a collection for necessary equipment to get you "webcammed" in style hehe

"And Live from the Heart of Egypt, we proudly present.........."ALABANDA". He will amaze and astound, weak hearts beware..

That's true, Laura! You'll have to excuse me as I didn't take my medication today You wouldn't know what bad memory is like, since you grew up in a healthy country side

It was Samuel L. Jackson (his name was Dany something, right Laura?) who said it in the movie.

I couldn't keep my celebrity role for more than few minutes, right Laura? Thanks!

You're saying that you can't say ENTA to a female? Well, actually you can. It's just like saying Helw and Gameel for a female when it should be Helwa and Gameelah.

I didn't mean you. I meant it can be said this way.

#104 You can call females ENTA, but it would be so inappropriate. Better?
