I asked the same question in regards to a similar ad and never got an answer ... maybe I'll get one this time:
Would you be able to program a site according to a design / layout that's been given to you? And what would the cost be? Do you charge an hourly rate or by project?

A web design company should be able to do this and advise if your design is not suitable - for instance you may want lots of background designs for a page of information but that is not user friendly for people who want to print your information out. It uses too much printer ink. Always negotiate a price for the whole contract. Hourly rates will cost too much and you get slow and fast coders. I have been a project manager for web projects so I can answer any more questions if you like.

Yes, normally they should be able to, but you never know, that's why I'm asking.

I'm an art director, so that's not the problem. I basically need someone to do the programming because that's the part I can't (and don't want to) do myself.
