Hi every body! We have always planned to stay 3 or 4 months in Egypt during our winter as yet the most we have stayed is 1 month. Although we like Luxor and have stayed there many times we think it might be a good idea to rent a flat in Cairo therefore being central to all areas of Egypt, flights would be easier and cheaper and of course less hassle at the airport!!!!! Can anyone suggest the areas we should consider? are there any modern-ish flats which might have a balcony and perhaps a bit of a view. We would want a reasonable standard, 2 bedrooms and easy access to souk, trains and buses etc, How would we find a flat? Any ideas appreciated
