If your thinking about Miami near Fort Qaitbey, buy quick.
I am 7 blocks from the Misr station and two blocks from El Horreiya street (forgive my spelling) and the condos in this building are selling fast. Were right on the beach facing the water.
Buy quick. San Stephano is very expensive but very nice.
