A group or an institution organized for intensive research and solving of problems, especially in the areas of technology, social or political strategy, or armament.
We have many so-called "Black Intellectuals" located in many countries capable of conceptualizing and implementing small and large scale social solutions to the many issues that currently plague Africans worldwide.
My question is, where are the black think tanks required to propose, debate, come to consensus, and put these solutions into action?
