But the same applies to the traditional European languages until they were made into grown-up languages with massive inputs from Greek and Latin. Imagine modern medicine in Europe without all those concepts and terms without Greek and Latin roots. So nice but failed try!
Re the Egyptians. The case has already settled thousands of years ago when Herodotus described them as you would describe any black/African. So why this persistent hang-over. We are now in the 21st century--so any reference to the AEs is purely historical. So why the continuing obsession with denying that the AEs were as Herodotus so clearly described them: "black-skinned and woolly haired".
