They started a world-wide Arms-race, ostensibly to protect themselves from the stronger Blacks and Browns. But it was really to gain power - put themselves on top.

^Albinos are a Race who see themselves threatened by all other Humans, and thus requiring protection from them. To do that, they needed better weapons, once they had better weapons, they used them to take power and subjugate the non-Albinos.
Then they convinced themselves that they were the "TRUE HUMANS" because they were weaker - and thus more advanced! Ha,ha,ha,ha: sound familiar?
