1978 himself, and he references Nubia as an example.

White people have no monopoly at all on that hair
color. They merely show more of it, but even among
whites, red hair for example is minor- occurring in less than
5% of the overall European populations, mostly in
northern Europe.


So the claim that there are no tropical Africans with such
variation is once again, proved fake.
