The quote is a misleading exaggeration of the evolutionary process. Unless the children have rare birth defects, people don't have progeny that include progeny with the degree of variation where they and but not the parent and other progeny would die off. Their disadvantage in a certain environments would only manifest gradually over many generations. They would not be dying off, just having less kids and over time being a lesser percentage of the population. [/QB][/QUOTE]
