According to wikipedia this is in the Hecht Museum in Haifa, Israel, part of the University of Haifa
They call the figure a "slave" and "Semitic" supposedly but I was not able to verify this. I suspect anybody who said that can't prove it and this is not just another "Asiatic" war captive who may or may not have been Semitic
