Some White supremacists are gentler on East Asians than they are other "people of color", with some even going so far as to fetishize Japan for not being too "woke-pilled". Nonetheless, it appears that not even East Asian civilizations are safe from Eurocentric attempts at appropriation. Witness this post I saw on Twitter today:

 -

You read that right. Because one archaeological site in Russia may be a bit older than one in China, the ancient Chinese would have learned how to build permanent structures from nomadic "Steppe Aryans". Let me repeat: steppe nomads taught the Chinese how to build permanent structures.

I suppose this same luminary proposes that the pre-Columbian Mesoamerican peoples learned how to farm and build cities from the bison-hunting nomadic peoples of the American Great Plains?

Indeed. I'm very well aware of the Euronut hypothesis that Tocharians, Seres, Sakas, or some Indo-European (Caucasian) group is the source of Chinese civilization. This stems from a confounding of Chinese legends that their ancestors came from the west (Tibet) with Nazi Ahnenerbe-Aryanist theories.

But as Lioness says, there are nuts all over the internet who make such claims and not just of the Eurocentric kind either. Are you aware there are Asian supremacists who say Egyptian civilization was founded by East Asians?? I've read their works too. LOL [Big Grin] There's one example here.

LOL, reminds me of the Korean nationalists who say the Sumerians were really Koreans' ancestors. These ethno-nationalist pseudo-historians can sometimes be so absurd they're funny.

Honestly, I sometimes find these dudes more funny than offensive. Their delusions are on par with the flat-earthers and young-earth creationists.

Agreed. I also find it ironic that the same Chinese hating hyper nationalistic Americans likely enjoy fireworks every 4th of July (which was a Chinese invention).

On today's episode of "Twits on Twitter", we have a Hausa tweeter claiming Hausa aren't related to "the blacks of West Africa" (aka "Maguza"):
 -
That's right, Hausa aren't "West African blacks" anymore. They must be part of the great Hamitic Caucasoid race now! [Big Grin]

Sheesh, at this rate, I'm expecting to see a Nigerian Igbo insist they're actually not Black.

^ It's a lot more accurate than the claims of Hausa descending from Arabs or Hebrews. LOL I think Tazarah agrees with the latter.

And now we have a dude claiming the Kushite warrior king Piye wasn't actually Black.
 -
So Kushites are Black when you need to prove that Egyptians weren't Black, but then they stop being Black once they conquer Egypt. Amazing how being a successful conqueror has the power to bleach your skin.

^ LOL No surprise there. We know as that as more info comes out that Nubians are closest relatives of the Egyptians, then they will get the white-wash too.

Recall my thread not even Nubians are safe.

Perhaps that X-poster is making assumption based on the fst distance findings on the Kadruka Kushite below.

 -

Nevermind that the closest people to Kadruka are modern Nubians who are obviously black.

^^ I have seen on YouTube that for example the YouTuber Egyptologist7 discusses the Nubians in several of her latest videos.
