I am not sure how accurate is his claim, where he got those numbers from and why set the claim to those dates, but I do find it interesting that he's radicalized politically over the years and now embraces identity politics, something he has criticized the left of engaging in.
Has Trump caused those who had once leaned center left or right to now move far right and left? Or is this a result of eight years of Obama's presidency?
Personally I think it is a combination of backlash to Obama's special treatment of minority groups and hubris and racial-entitlement affirmed by Trump winning the election. He's like the last great "white hope."

It’s not the brightest man on the planet. Greece was influenced by surrounding populations who weren’t white. Rome was a cosmopolitan society, with non-whites.
Europe was in the dark ages after the Rome fell..And Europe was revived by the Moors science. The Moors are at the foundation of the renaissance and baroque. This is why you will see most modern inventions dating back to right after the fall of the Moorish empire.
The dude is obviously full of s;)@t! And should be greatful to non-white people.
Trump had a similar claims along those lines, in his speech at Poland, last year.
And before that there was a right-wing republican about 2 years ago who made similar claims. We talked about that one as well on this platform.

It’s bipartisan. It’s the hatered he has for Obama, and it’s the hatred these right-wingers had and have for Obama.
Simply because of his ethnic makeup.
We have a well known right-wing example on here, known as Doxie. And a few others as well, but Doxie was the most vocal about it.
