I'm currently living in New York but my fiance is in Cairo and we'll be apart for Valentine's Day I wanted to surprise him with something small but special and I was hoping to order dessert for him from some restaurant, except unlike in the states, I believe I can't order from most places on credit card, so that he's not charged upon delivery (kind of tacky, lol). Would anyone happen to know a restaurant/patisserie in Cairo (Heliopolis/Nasr City) that takes credit card upon ordering and delivers without charge? Thanks so much for any help - I really would love for this to work out
