For a moment there, I thought you were celebrating the birthday of a baby, and then I saw my name...?????? thanks so much for my first cyber party ever!!! You are a wonderful cyber friend!

Anyway, for your friends, here is how they can make the cake:

Sesame Cookies

1 lb sesame seeds
8 oz of honey
3 tbs sugar
3 tbs sugar
1 tbs rose water
1 tbs cardamom
1 1/2 cups walnuts chopped

1. Brown sesame seeds slightly in the oven. Set aside.

2. Mix honey, peanut butter, sugar, rose water, and cardamom in a saucepan. Cook on low heat until it bubbles. Stir in sesame seeds and walnuts.

3. Spread in a greased 9 x 14 inch pan. Let cool. Cut into diamond-shaped wedges to serve.
