There are daily flights from Cairo to Cyprus, as an Egyptian national you will need a valid passport and visa to enter Cyprus.

Nationals of Egypt can enter Cyprus with a Laissez-passer provided they hold an entry permit previously obtained by the Immigration Department in Nicosia. If you don't have a laisser-passer you'll need to apply for a visa. Visa applications are usually processed on the same day but it can take up to 10 days. Laisser passer is French and literally means 'to let through'. In this context it is a document issued by the United Nations that allows you to enter the country.
