That is the company he registered the domain name with.
He has his own server so he isn't using a webhosting company but the ISP is either teluis or Shaw communications. I have contact both back in March and nothing happened.
I also contacted Vancouver Police Department back in March but since the victim is in another country, another state another city they can't do anything about it. And I spoke with my local police authorities and spoke with the FBI, the laws between Canada and the USA aren't fine tuned enough to actually enforce the laws. He'd have to be here in person whether to commit harm or to taunt me for what he has already done. I carried around a audio recorder for 4 months waiting for him.
I even read the state statutes on this and spoke with a few "cyber legal experts" at the U and Hamline. Kal knows the laws and how they are enforced really well, even the experts I spoke to were a bit bewildered how someone could do such things and still be aware. He must've read the case studies on previous episodes like this.
