Waste of money only last a few days nouna, just buy some straightening irons and use the protective spray.

Keratin treatment is available here in Dubai in a ladies salon called Gold Salon. It costs around 1500-2000 Dhs (around 2800-4000 egp). I don't know where it is available in Egypt but it must be somewhere. It's relatively new in the middle east but becoming very popular.

It is ideal for women with frizzy hair, like the one that is super curly or if you really want it to be straight. It is less harmful than the old-fashioned iron but I heard that it is still not completely harmless. The treatment involves, as the previous poster mentioned, ironing protein/keratin into the hair. With the heat the keratin enters the shafts of the hair. The effects last for upto 6 months, as a friend of mine told me. If your hair is soft or just a little wavy then blow drying it (straightening by blowdryer) is much safer. It is not worth it and waste of money plus great damage to hair that does not really need it. However if your hair NEEDS a permanent kind of straightening (6 months) then THIS is the treatment to go for.
