It seems I have slipped a disk down near my tail bone which is pinching my sciatic nerve. I can't get my back muscles to relax enough to pop it back in myself.
It seems there may not be chiropractors in egypt? Having a hard time finding one here...

Dang these shopping carts here anyway with their all 4 wheels on free rotating casters. Imagine a full cart and trying to navigate a sloped parking lot sideways... pretty sure thats what did me in LOL

So I went there tonight, Dr. Hany is a funny guy I like him. He adjusted me (twice) and gave some therapy to my stubborn bones. Going back on Wednesday.
It's feeling better now after being back home. I hope after Wednesday I'm more back to normal
The only thing I wish was that he was closer... Heliopolis is a long drive heheh
