Julia, usually, the Previous/Next icons are pre-designed in the web page. They become active (highlighted) only when needed. Your page was a single one, so the icon wasn't active, that's all!
Here, if you look at the bottom of the page, the "Next" icon is highlighted...and on the next page, too!
At the second link, what was the web address that you submited? If you didn't put there a valid one, the error message it's only normal!
P.S. And next time, try to use the word "geek" instead of "freak", it's less scary!

Sadeeqy, thanks so much for helping me!!
what do you mean, my page was a "single one"? with the other pages, "Previous" worked, and i only wanted to go on reading and i think, if they don't NEED "Previous", why does it SAY previous then??
at the other link, i only gave them my e-mail- address. i don't have a web site or so.
"geek"...new word i've learned..."computer-freak" was more german

Yes, Julia, is a single page!
Do you remember, when you work in an Office application, the Undo option is always there, but it's highlighted only if it's something to be undone? That's how it work here, the icons are always there, but they will be used only if necessary...
The second link was for submiting your webpage. If you don't have one, the error message was right!
