Just a note from my side: I believe the moderators doing their job in here voluntarily (meaning they don't get money for it and I am certain that they do hold a "real" job in daily life 
) so I think the way it goes it is okay since its not closely monitored by them.
If you feel that a member violated above mentioned ES rules then just send a message to one of the moderators - and they take care of it (what Akshar mentioned).
