just competed in the Race 4 Life, this morning, 5K just under 1 hr!!

it was a great atmosphere - at the start we all had to warm up to 'Dont Stop' by S Club 7 always gets me in the aerobics mood !

already signed up to do the race next year

photos will be on facebook shortly (along with the WW1 trip recently with my dad)

i went to one of those things recently...my man was a guard at the event (hes a pt rent a cop) and he told me to bring him something to eat...i didnt know it was a cancer thing and im there at the gate puffing a cigarette. when i saw the sign i felt like such a jerk.
