I think he may be saying that many women on this board claim to be strong, independent, honest, and kind; then display the complete opposite traits. Constantly complaining, co-dependent, manipulative, and mean. I think he may be saying they are "actresses" that believe they are different than the role they play and are completely dishonest with themselves.
