I have been told that communications in Libya, Tripoli, is bad be it landline or mobile. Apparently calls can only be made during specifc timeframe. Calls are difficult to make at the later part of the evening... is this true? just want to check if anyone is facing the same problem...

From what i know telephone communication is bad in all areas of Libya. At work we can try for hours to send faxes and make calls to Benghazi and Tripoli. I didn't even know there were good times of the day to try!
