How do i make my personal messages 'pop up'?

How do i put someone on my ignore list?

Recommend a site the following emoticons that would work on ES:

errrrrrrrrrrr it has come to my attention that posts are deletable.

Ok, Emoticons/Smilieys/Graemlins are apparently disabled, similarly to pics. I dunno why because we used to post all kinds of smileys back in the day (thanks to Ajnabi).
