As Salaam Alaikum,

I have seen an apartment i'd like to buy however I'd like to establish if I'm buying the freehold or just leasing it. I spoke to the developer in Al-Rehab and they just didn't understand what i was saying.

Can anyone help, without claiming to be a lawyer and not answering the question.
