Does anyone know how a registered UK company can get employees based in Egypt a work visa?

Ok, I will break it down a little further as it may seem thin on info.

If a UK company with a registered UK employee paying tax is assigned overseas to Egypt on a commission only based role what is the procedure?

The Company doesn't want an Egyptian branch but wants to ensure that work carried out is legal..
