We really have no concrete archaeological proof that dyanstic Egyptians built the pyramids. We have the supposed workmans village but this brings more questions than aswers.
There is a new theory that one of Khufu's sons might have built the pyramids, but even this is sketcky.

We know who it wasn't...extraterrestrials. At any rate, the workers lodge and material found in them, point to the idea that these weren't forced labor, as in slaves. Moreover, you only have to look at older pyramids or their predecessors to realize that the building skills developed from mustabas of southern Egypt (also reference to tombs at Qustul), the burial traditions and all, to see the developments leading to the Giza structure. I personally have no reason to believe that the Giza structures weren't built by "dynastic" Egyptians.

There are theories yes, but scholars don't go along with it because then we'd have no clue who built an obvious Egyptian monuament. Some daring archeologists, etc say that it's MANY years older than we thought because of heavy water "scars" at the base of the sphinx.
