that the old Egyptian actress Faten Hamama looks like a classic version of Mariah Carey. i at first thought "wow they're crazy" but after comparing, just picture Faten Hamama:

they do look different but there is also a facial similiarity. neither one looks European to me. Mariah looks like a racial mix, which she is, and Faten looks Mediterranean/Arabic. neither one looks particularly European to me.
