I realized that running away just because I was insulted was a cowardly thing to do, and that I would miss out on a lot of interesting discussions if I continued my hiatus, so I changed my mind and chosen to return.

Going onto the 3rd and *final* request of the said moderator...before I afford the said poster with due reply *in a language on the same level*:
What action do you intend to take against this repeat-offender non-contributing poster in question, who puts forth a thinly veiled ad hominem post as a fake apology?
You can bet that the next time around I will reply accordingly, as I have underlined above, if no action is taken!

If by posting the link, the lack of specificity of which imo is a more real legitimate cause for confusion as opposed to what you seem to be confused by, that you mean that this is an example of yet another trivial issue [unlike the subject of the link you posted], i.e. another attention-seeking thread by a rather obscure poster when it comes to actually 'contributing' to the board, then you may have a point there.

Africa, how about heeding to your own advice, and apologize for not making sense much of the time, for flame baiting ethnic-flame wars, for your good share of the said terribly violent insults and explicit diatribes towards other posters, and for calling posters you've never even met 'non-Africans' while we are supposed to somehow believe that you are a true African? If you can get the persons who've leveled the said insults at me before I paid them back accordingly to apologize for their conduct and flame bait, and I thereby deem them to be 'sincere', then I'll look into the prospect of offering a counter apology. @Mystery Solver: Tyrann0saurus has done nothing wrong while I have been moderator here. I am not going to punish posters for things they did in the past but for their infractions when I am moderator. If s/he posts ad hominems from now on or otherwise contributes to the degeneration of this forum, rest assured s/he, like anyone else, will be dealt with accordingly.

I am hereby telling you that the opening topic is an ad hominem attack posed as an apology, as reconfirmed by the said posters second comment here at me, and you are hereby telling me that you are incapable of taking any actions? The guy is literally telling you in the intro thread that he is guilty as charged, and you are telling me this isn't so. LOL. Can't a person not apologize without having to repeat profanity at the supposed person intended to accept the apology? Anyway, since you are saying it ain't a big deal, I'll go forward with my apology in the same level of language that the said poster forwarded to me. Let's see if your moderation abilities will hold the same way.

My apology is as sincere as yours, when I say that I apologize for calling you a non-contributing loser who only posts trivial issues like not being able to have a chocolate girlfriend, for saying that you're cowardly for gratuitously directing profanity at me when you and I weren't even arguing, but that you were supposed to focus on your arguments with rasol and him alone, who was the one you were arguing with you. I am as sincere as you are, when I apologize for stating the fact that you ask redundant questions, given your supposed long-standing membership, on issues that have been repetitively discussed, even under topics you've either opened and/or participated in, for stating that you are an attention-seeker who seeks to have people beg you to stay not once but twice, so that you can later on create another attention seeking thread to proclaim that you've been persuaded to stay. I am also sincere as you are, when I say that apologize for calling you a non-contributing member, who continued to cite white supremacist sites even though you had been warned against doing so in the past. If any other offensive claim was left out, consider that too my apology, which would be as sincere as yours. In the event that you don't get the apology, I'll simply ask you what you've said to me; what part of the apology don't you comprehend?

He's apologizing for a breach that occurred in the past, before I was moderator. His use of profanity was not to redirect the attack at you but simply a description of what the attack was. Will a little crude, I see nothing wrong with that. If he attacks you again, while I am moderator, then he will be punished.
The OP was not an all an attack but simply Tyran0saurus saying that he changed his mind and decided to stay, as well as an apology to you. It would behoove you to accept it and move on, and let me take appropriate action should s/he break the rules again (under my watch).

In the same token, my apologies are a response to offensive things said that "amount to a breach" in the very very recent past, right before the day I saw your name up next to the older moderator. I see nothing wrong with that either, and I suspect that you shall not.
