Remember those threads back in the day where we would simply post images of native African people and art? I decided to start one for the prehistoric rock art found in the eastern Sahara region, some of which may have been produced by the progenitors of the ancient Egyptians, Kushites, and other Nile Valley peoples. Feel free to help me along with this!

Starting with a few Egyptian images from the Trust of African Rock Art website:

 -
Wadi el-Obeyeid hand print

 -
Wadi Sura

 -
Karkur Tahl

 -
Also Karkur Tahl

 -
Jebel Uweynant
