Egyptian Singer/actor Mustafa Amar has many abilities, where he accomplished great success in such a short period. Amar is becoming successful at composing, singing and acting in films, and has received a number one award for Best Singer acting in the Cinema according to critics and his fans.
According to the Qatari daily Al Raya, Amar is waiting for the showing of his new film “Isabit Dr. Omar” (Dr. Omar’s Gang) and he experience being in the movies in another film called “Ma Feesh Faydah” (There is No Use). With all this success as an actor Amar makes sure that he will never give up singing and composing.
On the other hand Amar believes that his acting career won’t take him away from his singing, because nowadays most movies have musical scenes. However, Amar will take sometime off to work on a new album. He makes clear that making an album takes a lot of effort in order to choose wording for the songs and making video clips as well.
With all his busy time Amar still manages to compose for other singers. He composed a song for Ali Al Hajar and he is placing final touches on composing a song for the famous Egyptian singer Ehab Tawfiq.
Amar was given songs from poet Nabil Khalaf for him to compose. Amar was pleased and he put a goal for himself to finish composing 45 songs in ten days. It was a lot of work for Amar, where he worked on them night and day, yet he enjoyed it very well. Amar even refused to get paid for all the hard work he did, he says that it was a job he enjoyed doing.
Since the duet is becoming a trend, where most singers are singing a duet and adding it to their albums, Mustafa Amar also wishes to have a duet with another singer. If he ever thinks of a duet he would enjoy singing with Muhammad Munir, Ali Hajar or Samira Sa’ed. He believes that the voices of all of these singers match his.
Amar has no problem with any other Arab singer. He believes that the art of singing has no identity or citizenship. Singing is an art and should be enjoyed by everyone everywhere.
