he has a trial they say and that is a normal decision. they are all addicts and all commit crimes and dont care when driving or doing naything

Hm let me guess.... it's a common sadomaso practice? And most likely the other guy - a male escort - was under drugs or at least not so happy to be part of all the fun? Or feels regrets afterwards? Dunno I wasn't there. The court is gonna judge about it.

I am sure it was, probably didn't have a contract involved (non-legal binding).
The victim is going to make a great deal of cash to get this out of court.
Rethink: In the UK when there are crimes like this are victims allowed to drop the charges or is it the state that presses the charges?

In the UK the victim can drop the charges, and then it is up to the Crown Prosecution Service to take it up if they think they have enough evidence to prosecute and get a conviction. In that case they can subpoena BG and get him to testify under oath.
