Modern African American Rap music is not my favorite music. The African American people have been making beautiful recorded music since 1920 or 1930. Gangster rap glorified bad behavior.
The music had degenerated since then. Young people look up to and emulate their favorite musicians. Young White Southerners today have Blake Shelton, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley and a large number of masculine straight acting male singers to admire.
The young African Americans were given "Empire" with a gay rapper and these modern rappers should not be copied. This is really an attack on the Black American young men who are our future. The destruction on African American Black music was deliberate. They wear more jewelry than the average women with matching earrings.
Luckily, there are other forms of music which I will not speak about here.
