2 cups cooked and drained chick peas 2 tablespoons tahina paste ( sesame paste ) juice of one lemon or lime 1 finely chopped clove of garlic teasp salt 10 pitted black kalamata olives
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till consistency smooth peanut butter. You can add a little cold water if needed to get to this consistency. Place in a bowl and sprinkle on top a few whole chick peas, olives, and sprinkle a tiny pinch of chilli powder on top before serving.
