I love using the tajine for cooking. You can put any combination meat, veggies, rice, whatever! add some liquid and spices, toss it in the oven for about an hour, and .....
VOILA~ A nice savory meal!
The combinations are only limited by your imagination
I love the one where you put chicken, rice and milk together and bake. I need to get my SIL's recipe, it's great!

The one I use a lot is put in some minced lamb, some diced dried apricots, some spices and a bit of stock (I sometimes use red wine) - and its delicious.
