Ok I just noticed that I was starting a lot of threads for one little recipe. So I thought, why don't we post under our name. Then they would be more organized and easier to remember where they were?
Italian Cream Cake
1 cup buttermilk 1 tsp. soda 2 cups sugar 1 stick butter 1/2 cup shortening 5 egg yolks (reserve egg whites-beat stiff) 2 cups flour 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup coconut 1 tsp. vanilla
Frosting
8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 box powdered sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Combine buttermilk and soda; set aside. Cream sugar, butter, and shortening. Add egg yolks beating well after each. Add flour alternatively with milk misture, beating well. Add vanilla, pecans, and coconut. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350F or 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Frosting
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, adn nuts. Spread over cake.

Get a loaf of frozen or fresh white bread dough. Put on cutting board, and chop into pieces. (with a big wide blade chopper with handle) Grated cheddar cheese. Chopped jalapenos.
Chop it all together and put in loaf pan. Bake according to bread directions.
I learned this years ago when I worked at the Kroger Deli. LOL It's yummy.

I would think you could blenderize most of it. But cream corn has some whole kernels in it.
When we make cream corn from fresh we add some butter and milk. But I don't know how that would work for a recipe. Hmmmm have to think on that one. LOL
Your recipe?
