ingredients: 4 large tablets of dark choc 3 cups of black coffee 10 eggs a packet of vanilla sigar quarter litre of double cream
melt the choc and mix with the coffee. Separate the eggs. Add beaten egg yolks and vanilla sugar to the choc mixture. Whisk the egg whites and fold in. Keep in the fridge for a few hours before serving.

I know - which is why I only make it if there are plenty of guests to finish it all off, or I would be having plenty of leftovers!
