4 chicken breasts, diced 1 orange, peeled and sliced lemon juice salt , pepper cayenne pepper ginger parsley oil or butter (for frying) 3 - 4 tablespoons of orange marmelade
make the marinade: orange, salt, peppers, ginger, lemon juice. Add the cubed/diced chicken pieces. Leave in a fridge for up to 8 hours. Fry or grill the chicken. Serve with fresh parsley on top.

and if you have a duck lying around, this sounds like a great marinade/sauce to roast it in.
