4 cups French bread cubes 3 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 cups. warm water 1 can Eagle Brand 2 Tbsp. melted butter 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt
Butter Rum Sauce
1/4 cup butter 3/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cups whipping cream 2 Tbsp. rum or 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Place bread cubes in buttered 9-inch square baking dish. In large bowl, beat eggs and cinnamon; add remaining ingredients except Butter Rum Sauce. Pour evenly over bread. Bake 45-50 minutes, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool. serve wtih sauce.
Sauce:
In saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter; add 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar and 1/2 cup whipping cream. Boil rapidly 8-10 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons rum or 1/2 tsp. flavoring. Serve warm over bread pudding.

yum..I love butter rum sauce. Gonna try this recipe.
When I get a chance I'll post my Golden Butter Rum Pound Cake.
