Could anybody tell me from where i can find, from which month is better to start to give local vegetables and fruit? concrete question about peaches, watermelon, melon?

Hi Maya!! U can give apple,peach,pears,banana from the 4th month.the melon and watermelon is not recommended till the first year.Also take care with the mnango when the season starts as it contains too much fiber,which is goo actually,but just dont let ur little one eat too much frm it,not to get diarrhea. guava is not good either as it contains small seeds..u hv to wait till the 9th month.i donno about eshta .Dates u can give , i assume ur talking about the fresh one.Ofcourse without the skin as its too heavy to digest for ur baby . K
