Its a wireless cow. I only discovered they existed today as opposed to the concrete cow and the cash cow which I already knew about.

Apparently it stands for CELL ON WHEELS and can temporarily boost network capacity - eg at some very large events where the mobile network gets overwhelmed.

I think it might turn out to be a Cash Cow as well [Big Grin]
