INGREDIENTS

2 Cups Hook to Cook Light & Crispy Coating

1 Cup Hook to Cook Pre-Dip*

Water

Frog Legs, 8 single legs per person

Oil for frying

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees



METHOD

Put ½ cup Pre-Dip in medium size paper bag. Add several frog legs at a time and shake to coat. Shake off excess Pre-Dip.

In a shallow bowl, mix remaining Pre-Dip with water using a whisk until smooth. Dip the frog legs into the Pre-Dip, coating evenly.

In a medium size bowl place the Hook to Cook Light & Crispy Coating. Evenly coat the frog legs.

Heat oil to 350° in fry pan, and fry frog legs until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and then place on oven proof platter and cook in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
