1- This is a very delicious Arabian dish that is cooked across the Middle East. Marinate the lamb ribs with a Zaatar (use oregano if you don't Zaatar) and Olive Oil mix. Include salt & pepper.

 -

2- Chop tomatoes, onions, sliced garlic, green pepper, few green chili peppers and mix with the marinated ribs. Potatoes are usually added but we were too lazy to get some. They make a difference so add them, just slice them.

 -

3- We were thinking should we eat these ribs with pita bread, sauce style or what, the or what turned out to be a delicious rice recipe.

Manually grind- cardamom, garlic, cinnamon, coriander seeds. Slice some tomatoes, green peppers and onions. Add a little oil, fry onions + green peppers, add ground spices, add tomatoes, then add ½ water 1/2 authentic chicken broth, enough to cook the amount of rice you're cooking. Real broth, okay! Not Maggi. Not MSG BS. Use real broth from a chicken. Cook the rice like your normal would.

-Frying spices w/ veggies

4- Serve and Enjoy [Smile]

Thanks Shah [Smile] Never knew the Turkish name for it, here and Arab countries they just call it by ingredients, like.... lamb w/za3tar w/oil + onions, tomatoes etc.
