i just made the most delish dessert .so refreshing took a mango ,cut into large slices and grilled them with butter .set aside * next i took fresh raspberries, 1/2 pint 1/2 lime juice 1/2 lemon juice and 1/2 cup of current jelly 1 TBS.of confectioner sugar put it all in a blender to make a sauce...(couldn't find Melba sauce) so i made my own * placed the mangoes in a bowl and topped them with vanilla ice cream then topped that with my raspberry sauce I garnished with a couple of fresh raspberries and a chocolate mint leaf.... what a great combo of the smokey flavor of the mango and the cold ice cream Posts: 9443 | From: USA...... | Registered: Jun 2006

I have never heard of grilling mangos. Sounds wonderful.
