LOL! Whites were never "slaves" in America. Some whites may have been indentured servants which is not to be confused with involuntary servitude or slavery. There is a major difference.
This is another ruse on behalf of white academia to cast themselves as slaves or victims in a dubious attempt to relegate and undercut the reparations movement. "If whites were slaves aren't white people entitled to reparations." We can clearly see the agenda behind this propaganda. I always wondered what motivates a person to post this kind of contention. Disturbing.
Also, this youtube video is misleading since whites were not dragged from ireland, scotland Austria and Germany by the millions in chains and enslaved by the British, French, Portuguese, Spanish, and the Americans for centuries. Nor were they packed tightly in the cargo holds of ships where over half of them died or were tossed overboard if they became sick. Whites were not forbidden to read and write, nor were they restricted to plantations by law. They were not forced to breed new slaves and were not lynched, tarrred and feathered, or forbidden to learn their native language or religion. Whites were never slaves in Amerikkka. There can be no comparison

JMT: Often times the 1st African indentured servants in North America are referred to simply as slaves - same thing for those servants in West Africa aswell. I will look this up but I thought the Irish were enslaved. Having said all that: yes I have seen alot of information like this (ie. white slaves .. especially white American slaves) used as propaganda.
Markellion: good thread. The development of servitude/slavery was all about economics.
