I think they learned that practice from the whites. Where do you think all those "coloureds" came from? White rapes of course. That kind of thing is very rare in Africa--except by Lebanese who are known to abuse and rape their housemaids--all desperate to keep their jobs.
I said before that the past masters of rape are white men. From the plantations of the Americas to the plantations of Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique the whites had a field day raping African women. You just lost that one. Statistically, the biggest incidence of rape should be laid at the feet--or maybe something else--of white men.
The hard empirical evidence is there. How do you explain all those rape products in South Africa[known as "coloureds"], North America, Central America, etc. Mexico and Brazil were practically "rape-fest" states. And in Africa, you have Cape Verde[ an ex-slave plantation], Angola, Mozambique, Sao Tome e Principe, Mauritius, and other parts all victims of white rape.

The thing about that SA statistic is that they really haven't shown us what the questions were. Which man would admit openly to rape--even if he did do the crime? It must have been slyly worded questions that trapped the respondees into saying "yes".
