^^^ LOL, you are crazy son!! They should reform Welfare IMO esp. section 8 housing. Got some section 8 housing niggas living across the street. Funny how when Section 8 Housing Niggas move in my house(As well as other Houses) got broken into.(Jobless Bum Niggers stole my old P.C I worked my ass off to buy) Also someones Car, My neighbors car, My Old car(My old car was Ghetto though because someone tried to break into it at my work and the locks were metal so they F-d the locks up and I could'nt lock my car..LOL that Car was hella Ghetto..LOL) .
My Hood used to be a Working class enviroment with friendly neighbors who worked for a living. but get some good for nothing Niggas in and it spoils the bunch.
Such a shame because most of the people who work, the Real Black Women and Men(Not Niggas) in my neighborhood are DAMN good people. One of My neighbors'(Next Door) son went to Princeton.

Here you go the article said welfare recipients and you automatically think black folks,but I think it's not a bad idea providing these folks with work now if it is used to undercut regular labor and union busting which is possible then I am against it.
The MTA may put welfare recipients to work, cleaning the city's trains and subways, in an effort to cut costs in wake of a large state deficit that has left the organization struggling for funds, NBC New York reports.
The plan is part of the city's Work Experience Program, which requires the unemployed to work for the benefits and assistance they receive.
"This is a program that has a proven track record of doing three things," MTA spokesman Jeremy Soffin told the Daily News. "Providing low-cost cleaning help for the subway; providing job training to people who need it, and leading directly to full-time employment for many of the people who participate in the program."
The MTA previously participated in the WEP program for about 9 years until 2008 when the last administration cut the program, claiming it would be cheaper without the workers.
Under Governor Cuomo's proposed state budget, which looks likely to pass this week, the MTA will lose 100 million dollars in state funds.

^^^^^ I never said anything about Welfare=Black Folks but the section 8 housing recipeints in my hood are all black. Ive seen plenty, PLENTY of Hispanics on Welfare.

I think it's ok, and it's ok as well to make the banks, oil companies, and Donald trump to return all the corporate welfare they've received over the past 3 years, with interest.

With all of the married (but marriage never filed with the state) hasidic women in NYC on Public Assistance has anyone ever seen them at a WEP site? It seems Confirmed Gigantic Liar Exposed's statement fits them. They get the benefits and do absolutely nothing others have to do to get and keep them.
