The question for serious researchers is: are there still remnant black Jews in Iraq? Here is world famous researcher Wayne Madsen on the matter. He came out with a groundbreaking book in 2001 about Rwanda, showing how the whole Tutsi massacre was actually the other way-Tutsis killing Hutus and how the Clinton era White House basically pushed Kagame and Museveni to invade the Eastern DRC causing at least 4 mn deaths. In other words,I trust his meticulously researched findings, and he has arrived at a similar conclusion: quote: Much of the information is gleaned from the memoirs of a “Mr. Humfer,” (as spelled in the DIA report, “Mr. Hempher” as spelled the historical record) a British spy who used the name “Mohammad,” claimed to be an Azeri who spoke Turkish, Persian, and Arabic and who made contact with Wahhab in the mid-18th century with a view of creating a sect of Islam that would eventually bring about an Arab revolt against the Ottomans and pave the way for the introduction of a Jewish state in Palestine. Humfer’s memoirs are recounted by the Ottoman writer and admiral Ayyub Sabri Pasha in his 1888 work, “The Beginning and Spreading of Wahhabism.”http://www.strategic-culture.org/news/2011/10/26/the-doenmeh-the-middle-easts-most-whispered-secret-part-ii.html

The topic of this thread was interesting from the start and could have been enlightening if it included actual historical info as to what the Saudi originally looked like and what many Arab tribes looked like in the past. (I'm sure Dana would have much to contribute on this) Unfortunately this thread quickly degenerated into a picture spam war. To Manu and other posting pictures of fair-skinned Arabs as evidence of 'pristine' Arabians with no slave ancestry, I suggest you do research on ethnography of Arabia first. If you did, you would know that fair-skin peoples in Arabia are largely the product of Mamluk slaves from the Caucasus and Eastern Europe. This is not to say all ancient Arabs were black, but they definitely were not fair-skinned until some centuries recently.

^I never understood what it was about Turks outside of Turkey, they never seemed to be satisfied with their own identity. They claim to be Berbers, Egyptians, Phoenicians, Persians, Arabs, Indians, Greeks, Cretans, whatever: but NEVER Turks. But then I realized that it wasn't a Turk problem, rather it is a generalized Albino feature. Read the threads on this forum from Albinos, they are filled with Albinos claiming to be Greeks, Britain's, Celts, whatever: everything but what they actually are - Central Asian Albinos.

^ And I never understood why you have this obsession on Turks. Turks are NOT the only factor for light-skinned peoples in Arabia and the Near-East. A major source has been (non-Turkic) peoples of Central Asia like Indo-Iranians and likely other groups whose languages were lost as well as peoples from Europe. I've already told you that the original Turks are actually east Asians from the Mongolian steppes. The Anatolian peninsula became 'Turkey' after it was conquered by the Turks. There were already fair-skinned peoples living in the area before, though it wouldn't be surprising if the aboriginal inhabitants were darker.

Djehuti - Are you really presuming to tell ME history???? I am well aware of who was in Anatolia BEFORE the Turks. I am also well aware of who the west Asians were. However for you to say that you understand Turk origins is a lie - nobody does with any certainty.

^ What the hell are you talking about? The very word 'Turk' and the language it comes from as well as the people have origins that are well confirmed by history and all other evidence. I take this as cue to leave you be since you will do nothing more but talk nonsensical b.s. just like your 'European negro origins'. LOL

^ I don't know about Jewish Iraqis but I do know that the Jewish people of Yemen look no different from other indigenous Yemenis and Arabians i.e. very dark and many who could pass for African. That black Arabs exist or rather that blacks have inhabited Arabia is a basic fact that warrants no surprise at the idea of black Arab royals. This reminds me, have any of you heard of the civil unrest in Bahrain? It's funny because some of the tribes protesting against the government are accused of not being "real Arabs" due to their (dark) appearance. LOL If that's the case then what are these tribes doing in Arabia with their own sheiks representing them?
