When whites do violence -- rape, murder, assault -- how often do they choose black victims? Shouldn't a nation of bigots target blacks most of the time? At least half of the time? Of course, it does not. When whites commit violence, they to it to blacks 2.4 percent of the time. Blacks, on the other hand, choose white victims more than half the time. [317] In those cases in which the race of the killer is known, blacks kill twice as many whites as whites kill blacks. Black-on-white robberies and gang assaults are twenty-one times more common than white on black. In the case of gang robbery, blacks victimize whites fifty-two times more often than whites do blacks. [318]
The contrasts are even more stark in the case of interracial rape. Studies from the late 1950s showed that the vast majority of rapes were same-race offenses. Research in Philadelphia carried out in 1958 and 1960 indicated that of all rapes, only 3.2 percent were black-on-white assaults and 3.6 percent were white-on-black. Since that time, the proportion of black-on-white rapes has soared. In a 1974 study in Denver, 40 percent of all rapes were of whites by blacks, and not one case of white-on-black rape was found. In general, through the 1970s, black-on-white rape was at least ten times more common that white-on-black rape. [319]
Because interracial rape is now overwhelmingly black on white, it has become difficult to do research on it or to find relevant statistics. The FBI keeps very detailed national records on crime, but the way it presents rape data obscures the racial element rather than clarifies it. Dr. William Wilbanks, a criminologist at Florida International University, had to sift carefully through the data to find that in 1988 there were 9,406 cases of black-on-white rape and fewer than ten cases of white-on-black rape. [320] Another researcher concludes that in 1989, blacks were three or four times more likely to commit rape than whites, and that black men raped white women thirty times as often as white men raped black women. [321]
Interracial crime figures are even worse than they sound. Since there are more than six times as many whites as blacks in America, it means that any given black person is vastly more likely to commit a crime against a white than vice versa.

Most of this b!tching doesn't take into account de facto segregation and don't mention a ratio of how often white people view minorities compared to themselves vice versa. Most factors involved personality characteristics that signaled she could be overpowered which again lends to the idea rape is still mostly about control and less about a woman's appearance. Again the violence that often takes place during rape would suggest against the idea that a victim needs to be pretty during the act and instead it's an issue of the man assuming she is someone he can overpower. I have a hard time believing these men think women with swollen faces and bruises are attractive but it doesn't stop them from assaulting the victim.
In closing, I'll assume since youre still dancing around my main point you still don't have data that indicates how often whites encounter racial minorities compared to how often blacks encounter white people. If you can't demonstrate a study that controls for this, you still ultimately don't have sh!t.

The research is flawed because Whites who rape Blacks also are more likely to kill them (Green River killer as an example). Where as Blacks are significantly less likely to kill their rape victims. Consequently the FBI reports White on Black murders but show a higher Black on White rape.

Unlike you, troll I am willing to try to keep an open mind about this. I however remain pretty unconvinced. First of all, to me there's no reason either which way to get too invested over this because a few thousand instances of rape do not suddenly trump the millions, of white or black men that don't rape anyone and it would be foolish to make broad assumptions based on something as rarely reported.
As for my considering what you have said, you are mistaking an argument from an attempt to be as relative as possible with agreement. Again this is supposing I fully embrace the legitimacy of the quote which again given the violent nature of rape, I'm inclined to be somewhat skeptical of which I state. Anyway, even if I were to fully accept the quote, compared to the other characteristics a person looks for in regards to behavior that can suggest she may be physically overpowered, her being good looking is ultimately, still less important. Most importantly, even if it were a big factor, the question of what a person considers pretty enough be it a child, or a person of a particular race is up for dispute.

Anyway, you cannot assume black rapists are doing this out of a desire for white women because you haven't factored other controls that would be needed for such an investigation. You are still dancing around the issue that you have no information regarding how often black people encounter white people and vice versa. You obviously want to discuss where you feel you have more ground but if you lack the numbers, then obviously we don't know whether or not to attribute it to how available women of a certain race are to the perpetrator. You can't begin to suppose why blacks target white women disproportionate to their level of encountering them if you can't prove they are disproportionately seeking out white women when compared to how often they encounter white people in the first place. You lack the most important part of your argument. Since you can't respond to it, let's just end it here.

Yes, anyone who has studied the criminal psychology of sexual predators knows that rape is about power, domination, and control over the victim....indeed, that is the exact reason why some predators target the very young or the elderly: weak, less able to defend their selves...
